Extractor Machine

This extractor is vertical percolator type extractor. In this vertical extractor the material is put through manhole. Then required quantity of water can be pumped into the extractor. This has jacket insulation and cladding. As it is closed from top there is a vapor column and condenser which cools the vapors and puts back the condensate water back to the extractor. It has a bottom lead which is open by pneumatic valves. This has an advantage that it does not require fasteners to seal the bottom lead. This in term saves time for opening and closing and damages to the nuts and bolts. The cake after extraction is easily disposed into the bottom container.
